At Fraser Valley Dental Specialists, all you need to do to get an appointment with one of our Abbotsford dental specialists is give us a call. We don't require a referral from your dentist or medical doctor.
Oftentimes, a general dentist will refer a patient to a dental specialist to complement the oral care that the patient is receiving. The referral may be for diagnosis, treatment, and/or a professional opinion.
Our oral surgeon, periodontist, endodontist, orthodontist, and denturist would be more than happy to work in collaboration with your general dentist to help you achieve optimal oral health.
That said, a referral from a general dentist is not necessary for you to see one of our dental specialists.
