I've had ongoing problems with my upper teeth since a cycling accident forty years ago took most of them. Recently I needed more dental care because the two anchor teeth holding my bridge had broken inside my gum, and failure to hold the bridge was imminent . I went to several dentists who referred me to various denturists. One, whom I have no doubt was very good, but their offices were a good distance away, and he was also extremely pricey and cost prohibitive, as well as very complex. The more urgent the situation became, the more impossible it seemed I would have a good out come. I saw Tanya who had already made a bridge for me a number of years ago. She took the impressions, and as she was waiting for it to cure, she came up with the MOST BRILLIANT and affordable solution! Three days ago I was looking at a long and protracted treatment plan (No bridge at all until after CHRISTMAS--not an option) to today, with EVERYTHING taken care of! She requested a surgical procedure that very same day from Dr. Dahlman, the oral surgeon on staff. A highly efficient, pleasant and upbeat professional, who did the whole extraction in record time! I have my completed bridge just one day later! Words don't come close to how forever grateful I am for this very professional team! THANK YOU! ALL OF YOU who have made the impossible become a reality!!

The staff at Fraser Valley Dental Specialists are the best! They're super friendly, organized, honest and great with kids. My 7yr old son has required a lot of help from them over the last couple of years, including oral surgery. The staff have always made him feel very safe and their humor made him feel comfortable right from day one! We've dealt specifically with Dr Wolk and Dr Dalman and their teams. Thank you for all your help! You've made something that we weren't looking forward to into something my son looks forward to.

I had an implant done by Dr. Dahlman under sedation. After having some unpleasant experiences in my past with dentists I am always a bit nervous especially for something big like an implant. I can't say enough about how really great my experience was with Dr. Dahlman and his team. Super friendly and professional. Didn't even hurt to get the IV needle in. Everybody seemed to know exactly what to do too make the procedure go smoothly and make sure I was okay. I highly recommend them.

Sent an email on Sunday of the long weekend about a concerning issue with my 6 year old implant. Had a response first thing Tuesday morning and an appointment for the next day. All of the staff I had the pleasure of dealing with, including Dr. Dahlman, were so friendly and professional. I cannot speak highly enough of the prompt and caring service I received which certainly exceeded my expectations.

Dr Eman Moradi

Endodontist

Dr. Eman Moradi is an Endodontist who graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the National University of Iran. After immigrating to Canada, he continued his education in the Discipline of Endodontics at the University of Toronto and obtained his specialty designation in Endodontics in 2017.

He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (FRCDC) and a member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) and the Canadian Academy of Endodontics (CAE). He currently teaches at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry as a Clinical Assistant Professor.

Dr. Moradi has a strong interest in both academic and clinical studies and decided to share his experience with fellow dentists while practicing as an endodontist. He has led an Endodontic study club covering various topics in Endodontics, including diagnosis, treatment, complications, and cracked teeth.

He accepts assignment of insurance benefits to the dental office and the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).

In his spare time, Eman enjoys cycling, going to the gym, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends. He is also fluent in Persian.
Dr Amir Reza Ahmadi

Periodontist

Dr. Reza Ahmadi is a board-certified periodontal specialist and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentist of Canada (FRCDC). He is a graduate of University of British Columbia’s Periodontal and Implant residency program and is a recipient of multiple academic and teaching awards at UBC . Dr. Ahmadi is also an active staff member of the dental department at Vancouver General Hospital (VGH). In addition, He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at UBC’s faculty of dentistry and teaches undergraduate dental students as well as dental residents at VGH.

Given his extensive education and training, his friendly demeanor and reassuring personality, Dr. Ahmadi has a gift for treating our patients with utmost expertise and dedication. He is B.C. educated, and delighted to be practicing with Fraser Valley Dental Specialists.
Dr Ronald Wolk

Orthodontist

Dr. Ronald Wolk is originally from Winnipeg, where he attended the University of Manitoba receiving a degree in dentistry (DMD). After practicing family dentistry, he returned for post graduate studies in the specialty of Orthodontics to the University of Minnesota. In 1977 Dr. Wolk received his Diploma in Orthodontics in 1977 and then went on to obtain a Masters of Science in Anatomy (MS) in 1978 both from the University of Minnesota.

In 2026, Dr. Ronald Wolk was honoured with the Arthur A. Dugoni Lifetime Achievement Award by the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists (PCSO), recognizing his longstanding contributions to the orthodontic profession through his leadership, professional service and involvement in advancing the field of orthodontics.
Dr Navraj Sandhu

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Meet Dr. Navraj Sandhu, a double board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree with distinction, followed by his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Sandhu pursued advanced surgical training through a one-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery internship at Lincoln Medical Center in New York City, where he gained extensive experience in trauma and dentoalveolar surgery in a high-acuity setting. He then completed a four-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Rochester. His training encompassed the full scope of the specialty, including orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, reconstructive surgery, head and neck pathology, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, and anesthesia.

Throughout his residency, Dr. Sandhu consistently performed at the highest academic level, scoring above the 90th percentile on the national Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery In-Training Examination (OMSITE) each year. He later achieved the highest distinction in board certification, scoring in the 99th percentile on the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Oral Examination.

Dr. Sandhu is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, reflecting board certification in both Canada and the United States. In addition to his clinical work, he serves as a clinical instructor at the University of British Columbia, where he is actively involved in teaching and mentoring dental students. He is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and values building strong relationships with both patients and referring providers.

Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, Dr. Sandhu is able to connect with and care for a diverse patient population. Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, he is proud to serve the community he calls home. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
